About the role

As a Product Owner at DGS, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of digital products that support Victorian parents to access and understand government services. You will manage the product backlog, define the product vision and roadmap, and ensure delivery aligns with both citizen needs and whole-of-government priorities.

Working in a cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across government, technical teams and external partners to gather insights, prioritise enhancements and deliver high-value outcomes. You will use data, customer feedback and stakeholder input to inform decisions and improve product performance.

You will lead agile delivery practices, translate business and user needs into clear requirements, support user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth product releases and adoption.


This is a VPS5 fixed term role available for a period of 12 months.
