About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager in the VPS Products & Services team at DGS, you will help design and improve products and shared services for the Victorian Public Service. This may include People and Culture, Procurement, Accommodation, Governance and IT Services. You’ll work closely with different business teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritise opportunities which will need to be defined, planned, executed and transitioned into operations.

This role is a great opportunity to modernise and make a real difference to the employee experience for the Victorian Public Service. The Senior Product Manager will also play a leadership role within the VPS Products and Services team, which may include the line management of one or more product managers or product owners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Use data and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Deliver product outcomes using agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across government
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership and support team capability

  • Experience in product management within a digital agile environment
