Adviser Health Safety and Wellbeing

Advisor, Health Safety and Wellbeing role sits within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team supporting and delivering services and programs for the Department of Government Services and its customer departments and agencies supported under the shared corporate operating model. This includes the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) and Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF).

The advisor role shares a strong alignment to ensuring OHS compliance with supporting the Senior Advisor, Health, Safety and Wellbeing with a strong focus on driving compliance under the legislation, regulations and compliance codes.

Reporting to the Manager Health, Safety and Wellbeing DGS the advisor will develop and lead initiatives that support a psychological safe workplace. Programs developed will be supported through the introduction of the Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Health Regulations. You will bring your professional workplace experience in delivering intitiatives to the role as well elevating current programs and networks.
