Graphic Designer – VPS4 – Part time – Ongoing 

The Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Programs and Engagement branch in the Engagement and Events team. 

What you’ll do 

  • Deliver graphic design services across the Commission’s communications, engagement and program priorities 

  • Develop and maintain accessible, brand-aligned templates, assets and communication materials across a range of formats 

  • Produce professional design outputs using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective visual solutions 

  • Ensure all outputs meet accessibility, quality and Victorian Government brand standards 

  • Manage design tasks and competing priorities to deliver high-quality work on time 

  • Improve templates, assets, workflows and design processes 

About you 

  • A creative graphic designer with strong visual communication skills and a good eye for detail 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 

  • Able to create clear, engaging and accessible materials across a range of formats 

  • Customer-focused, responsive and able to deliver practical solutions 

  • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 

  • Collaborative, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Committed to continuous improvement and high-quality design practice
