The Operations Group delivers frontline customer services to Victorians and the public service. It maintains the foundational digital infrastructure and platforms that support efficient, secure and reliable service delivery.
About the Role
The Learning Management System / SuccessFactors SME provides expertise across SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms, including Employee Central, Onboarding and Learning. The role analyses business requirements, configures and supports systems, manages upgrades and integrations, and works with HR, payroll and technical teams to ensure data quality, compliance, reliable service delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities

Provide senior HCM system expertise, translating complex workforce and policy requirements into integrated solutions.

Partner with business, HR, payroll, vendors and technical teams to design, configure, test and implement HCM solutions.

Deliver HCM initiatives while managing scope, risk, schedule and quality within governance frameworks.

Represent stakeholder needs in governance forums, providing expert advice, resolving issues and influencing decisions.

Support change and adoption while driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, data quality and support models.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:

Senior expertise in complex HCM systems, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, integrations and payroll.

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across HR, payroll, vendors and technical teams.

Proven ability to deliver HCM initiatives within complex governance, assurance and regulatory environments.

Strong focus on change management, continuous improvement, data quality and user-centred service delivery.
-
SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
