About the role 

The Program Advisor plans and supports the delivery of Regional Transport work programs and capital projects. The role coordinates future works, develops project plans, manages risks, supports procurement and design, monitors progress, and provides clear advice on program status and issues.

 

The role also coordinates funding variations, stage-gate approvals and project handovers to operational teams. It works closely with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve risks, improve project delivery, and strengthen program management processes and systems, while supporting a safe, inclusive and flexible team environment.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Relevant experience in the delivery of large transport projects (Mandatory)
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management.
