About VIDA ROADS
VIDA Roads is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads. We’re delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.
North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.
Road Programs are also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
• Assist with the development and maintenance of project programs to ensure completion targets and
schedules are realistic and performance can be readily monitored, managed and reported for all phases of the Project lifecycle.
• Advise local stakeholders and planning and scheduling management on schedule and performance issues arising and recommend improvements and mitigation actions to ensure project programs are robust and able to be delivered within the required time frames.
• Support senior management with the monitoring of project schedules and with the reporting of earned value and commodity histograms.
• Undertake detailed reviews of programs including cost/schedule performance analysis, allocating costs onto the schedule consistent with the mapping between cost and work breakdown structures.
• Where individual project performance activities vary significantly from agreed targets, assist in the development of mitigation strategies and action plans to return the project activities to the required performance standards.
• Contribute to contract program reviews and provide evaluation recommendations based on key selection criteria and graphical representation of critical path and summary programs.
Be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for their package/program, monitoring the progression of works/activities, identifying underlying risks to the project schedule. This position partners with internal and external stakeholders ensuring completeness, accuracy and clarity of works schedules, the identification of critical works, and the timely communication of schedule delays and issues arising along with mitigation strategies.
