VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
Join VIDA Health as an Advisor, Governance, where you’ll support high-quality decision-making as part of a small, agile team. You’ll deliver governance, secretariat and assurance support across key forums; including ministerial, executive and Department of Health meetings, ensuring processes, reporting and documentation are accurate, timely and aligned with legislative requirements. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects, while preparing briefs, reports and coordinating key governance activities.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Provide high-quality secretariat support to governance forums, including preparing agendas and papers, documenting minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of governance and assurance frameworks, including systems, templates and processes, to drive efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports, briefs, memoranda and correspondence to support executive and governance forums.
We are looking for:
- Proven ability to provide high-quality secretariat support, including agenda and paper preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Demonstrated understanding of governance and assurance frameworks, with the ability to maintain and continuously improve systems, templates and processes to strengthen compliance and organisational effectiveness.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
