  • Hybrid working environment.  

  • 2 years fixed term, VPS Level and $97,955-$111,142+ super & benefits.

 About VIDA ROADS 

VIDA Roads is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads.  We’re delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.  

 

The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city – providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing. 

 

North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough. 

 

Road Programs are also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by: 

  1. Prepare and present HR data reports to senior leadership, translating insights into clear business outcomes  

  1. Analyse HR data, KPIs, and trends across Divisional and Matrix structures to inform decision-making  

  1. Provide actionable recommendations to improve HR reporting, processes, and systems  

  1. Leverage Power BI, advanced functions of Excel, and other tools to analyse and visualise complex datasets  

  1. Maintain and enhance the organisational chart to reflect accurate workforce structures  

  1. Manage Human Resources Information System (SAP/SuccessFactors) ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee and position data 

 

 The Advisor, People Operations will collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics and statistics and apply this data to HR initiatives. This role acts as a HR data subject matter expert and will maintain and cleanse HR data to ensure data accuracy and integrity. You will also work closely with the broader HR team and provide data and analytical support reporting into the Team Leader, People Data Operations & Insights. 

 

This opportunity is 2-year fixed-term position
