About the Role

Job Location: 1Spring Street Melbourne

This role works with internal stakeholders to provide clear advice on funding priorities and business case development for transport investments. You will analyse data, review proposals, and guide teams on how to plan, time and shape funding requests to fit available budgets. You support business case authors to build strong, evidence-based proposals and help track issues and progress. You influence colleagues across the department and work closely with central agencies. Success means better investment decisions, well-prepared business cases, and effective use of funding to deliver transport projects that meet community needs.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Qualifications in transport and / or engineering, finance, project management or public policy will be highly regarded. (Desirable)

 

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
