About the role 

 

The Analyst, Contract Performance supports the development, automation and delivery of contract performance reporting for Transport Services’ strategic contracts, particularly in Public Transport. Working with teams across DTP, the role helps turn reporting requirements into clear, data-driven insights using tools such as Power BI and SharePoint, ensuring performance information is accurate, accessible and useful for decision-making.

 

The role also supports data digitisation, AI-enabled reporting improvements, stakeholder engagement and user training. It conducts daily system and report checks, promotes continuous improvement, and helps build digital capability across contract management teams while contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture.

  • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting information in a simple and impactful way.

Qualifications and experience 

 

You’ll bring: 

  • Experience working with Databricks and Power BI, including supporting the development of performance reporting or Business Intelligence solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment (mandatory).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate non-technical business requirements into meaningful data insights and reporting solutions (mandatory).
  • Experience using SharePoint and applying AI-enabled analytics or automation tools, with knowledge of DTP's data environment and the Transport Data Platform being highly regarded.
