The Analyst – Land Supply and Development is responsible for generating and analysing data related to residential and non-residential land uses, to effectively monitor land supply and development. This position conducts comprehensive analyses utilising spatial information systems and non-spatial analysis tools to produce data sets, reports, and mapping in support of the Urban Development Program’s deliverables, as well as other initiatives addressing land supply and development across Victoria. The Analyst also provides expert advice and analysis on land supply and development to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Your experience
You'll bring:
- Tertiary qualification in urban planning, spatial sciences or related field (mandatory).
- Experience with GIS software and programming languages such as R or Python (desirable).
- Experience relevant to the accountabilities and capabilities of the role (desirable).
