About the role

This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2027


The Bus Customer Information Delivery Lead oversees customer information delivery for bus network changes, ensuring accurate, consistent and efficient outcomes. The role manages systems, processes and data, while leading a team, supporting staff development and providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities include managing customer information assets, projects, budgets, contracts, risks and resources; maintaining accurate data as a source of truth; and building strong stakeholder relationships. The role leads staff performance and development, supports effective network change delivery, and promotes collaboration and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and guide project requirements, with significant experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated team management or leadership experience.
