About the role
The Business Support Officer provides specialist business and operational support to improve key processes, support strategic priorities and strengthen business planning across the Network Design and Integration Group. The role helps deliver projects, manage contracts, monitor performance and support safety and risk management activities.
The position coordinates business operations, reporting, meetings, procurement and administrative processes while identifying opportunities to improve systems and ways of working. It also builds strong stakeholder relationships, supports program delivery and promotes safe, inclusive and efficient team operations.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing complex and sensitive business information across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities (mandatory).
- Experience supporting complex projects or business environments, including finance, budgeting and forecasting activities (mandatory).
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop, with project management experience or qualifications and relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
