Victoria's Big Build Graduate Program    

 

Over a 2-year program, you'll have the opportunity to:

About the role

Delivering these massive projects takes multi-disciplinary teams to work collaboratively in a complex and creative environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside leading Australian and international construction and engineering companies to deliver Victoria’s Big Build. You may have the exciting opportunity to work alongside these partners.

 

In this role, you will:

  • gain exposure to complex IT requirements involved in delivering Victoria's largest transport infrastructure projects
  • assist in key IT areas, including data analysis and reporting, working with business areas to provide insights and project support that inform organisational-wide initiatives to enable better decision-making

 

When you join the program, you'll be employed full time at a salary of $79,122 + superannuation (as per VPS EA 2024).

 

About you

We are seeking recent graduates, and representatives of Victoria's diverse community to join the 2026 Victoria’s Big Build Graduate Programs. Take the opportunity to build both your career and Victoria's infrastructure.

To be eligible, you must:

  • have completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree between January 2023 and January 2026
  • have full Australian working rights for the entire duration of the program (February 2026 to February 2028)
  • If you have completed a master’s degree, you must have commenced your master’s within 12 months of completion of your bachelor’s degree.
  • have an interest in working in the health infrastructure and/or transport infrastructure industry as part of the Victorian Government
  • Desirable: A valid Victorian drivers’ licence
