About the role

This is a Fixed Term role until 30th June 2027

Job Location: 1 Spring Street Melbourne
The Change Assurance Lead is responsible for delivering hands-on change assurance activities across program and platform delivery. The role ensures technology changes are safely tested, validated, and aligned to business requirements through structured testing, release coordination, and deployment readiness activities within delivery teams.
It involves coordinating and executing system, integration, and user acceptance testing, maintaining test strategies and plans, and supporting release management processes. The role also identifies and tracks defects and risks, works with stakeholders to resolve issues, and supports continuous improvement, service transition, and operational readiness to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Demonstrates solid digital and technical literacy, applying technology effectively to support service delivery and improve outcomes.
  • Navigates organisational and political environments effectively, ensuring solutions align with values, governance, and stakeholder priorities.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Demonstrated experience in ICT testing, release management, or change assurance within complex technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, HR/Finance systems, identity, or network services.
  • Experience working within structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with relevant testing or change management certifications being highly regarded.
