About the Role 

Reporting to the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO), the Change Manager will provide senior change leadership for ST Vic’s Future Systems program. 

This role is responsible for shaping and delivery the change strategy that supports the transition from legacy systems to a single, integrated Salesforce platform. You will lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities to help ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation. 

Working closely with the Business Integration Lead, program leadership, project teams and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in building organisational ownership of change and supporting a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations. The responsibilities of the Change Manager will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Leading the change management strategy and plan for the Future Systems program 

  • Overseeing impact assessment, readiness, training and embedding activities across each release 

  • Establishing and leading a network of change champions across the organisation 

  • Directing the design and delivery of training, job aids and support materials 

  • Leading adoption-focused communications aligned to the program roadmap 

  • Providing expert advice to the Program Sponsor, senior leaders and delivery teams on readiness, sentiment and adoption risk 

  • Contributing to program governance as a standing member of the Future Systems Program Working Group 

  • Partnering closely with the Business Integration Lead to deliver a cohesive business experience of the program 

  • Building strong relationships across business and technical teams to support successful implementation

 About You 

You are a senior change leader with proven experience delivering organisational change in complex transformation environments. You are comfortable working at pace, influencing senior stakeholders and translating strategy into practical actions that support adoption and long-term change. 

You will bring: 

  • Significant experience leading change management within a large technology or business transformation program 

  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness 

  • Experience developing training, support materials and change champion networks 

  • The ability to identify and manage resistance, using readiness and sentiment data to guide decisions 

  • Strong influencing, collaboration and negotiation skills 

  • Experience contributing to governance, reporting and transition to business-as-usual 

  • A strategic, people-centred and outcomes-focused approach 

Qualifications 

  • Tertiary qualification in organisational change, business, human resources or a related discipline is desirable. 

  • Change management certification such as Prosci or APMG Change Management is highly desirable 

  • Equivalent senior-level experience will also be considered
