About the Role
This is a Fixed Term Opportunity until 30th of June 2027
Job Location: 525 Collins Street, Melbourne
This role helps deliver the transition to a new public transport ticketing system by planning and delivering change management and training activities. You will work closely with project teams, transport operators, vendors, and stakeholders to prepare people for new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role develops training materials, delivers training, supports readiness activities, and monitors adoption progress. Success in this role helps ensure staff are confident, prepared, and able to use the new ticketing solution effectively, leading to a smooth implementation and positive outcomes for the program.

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, building trust, understanding different perspectives, and tailoring messages to suit different audiences.
- Can build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Enjoys working in a flexible, team-focused environment, adapting to changing priorities and encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications and experience
- Has delivered a set of actionable and targeted change management and/or training plans to support the needs of a complex program, including change and training activities to prepare internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management and training on multiple projects and working in cross functional teams.
- Can demonstrate experience in providing specialist advice to project stakeholders on the selection of change, training and stakeholder management approaches, tools, and processes such that the collective outcomes required by the project are delivered effectively.
