About the role 

*This is a Fixed Term Position for 12 months*  

The Network Change Communications and Stakeholder Lead manages communications and engagement for the Network Service Change program. They develop and deliver communication plans, provide advice to managers and executives, and coordinate multiple projects to ensure information is clear, timely and effective.

 

The role builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifies and manages communication and reputational risks, and works across the Communications and Customer Experience team to align activities. Success means stakeholders are well informed, projects are delivered on time, risks are managed early, and network changes are communicated clearly to the community.

  • Is flexible and customer-focused, adapting to changing priorities while keeping customer and stakeholder needs at the centre.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in communications, engagement or a similar discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience in planning and delivering communications and engagement programs in a public sector, major project, transport or infrastructure (desirable).
