VPS Coordinator, Program Support 

  • Hybrid working environment.  

  • 12 months fixed term, VPS 4 $100,894- $114,476 + super & benefits.  

  • This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St.  

About VIDA ROADS 

VIDA Roads is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads.  We’re delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.  

North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough. 

The Big Build Roads Program is also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades. Come and be a part of our centre of roads excellence.  

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

  • Providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Program Director and team, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, reports, and strategic deliverables. 

  • Managing document control systems including CM9 and SharePoint, ensuring compliance and effective records management. 

  • Assisting with financial and business support functions, including invoice processing, procurement, and adherence to financial policies. 

  • Liaising with stakeholders and providing governance support including agendas, minutes, and secretariat support. 

  • Preparing, coordinating and tracking high-quality project reports, briefings and documentation to support strategic decision-making. 

The Coordinator, Program Support plays a key role in enabling the smooth delivery of administrative and business functions across the Big Build Roads Division at VIDA Roads 

This role provides strategic support to the Program Director and their teams through diary and workflow coordination, reporting, document control, and stakeholder liaison.  

With autonomy and initiative, the Coordinator, Program Support ensures operational efficiency, maintains high standards of business services, and contributes to the ongoing success of transport infrastructure delivery in Victoria. 

This opportunity is a 12 Month Fixed Term Position
