About the role
This is a two-year Fixed Term Graduate position.
As a Graduate Digital Delivery Analyst, you'll be part of an Agile, multidisciplinary team delivering digital planning solutions for Victoria, within the Spatial Services and Planning Solutions branch of Data & Digital. You'll get hands-on exposure across software development, business analysis and testing — gathering requirements, contributing to builds, testing solutions and taking part in Agile ceremonies alongside your team. It's a great opportunity to build technical and stakeholder skills while working on real digital products used across the state.

What we're looking for
You're someone who:
- Manages your own tasks well and keeps accurate records
- Can draw insights from data and understands the basics of data quality
- Keeps the customer in mind and looks for ways to improve outcomes
- Thinks critically and seeks guidance to work through problems
- Brings ideas for improving how things are done, even under time pressure
- Works well in a team and pitches in where needed
Qualifications and experience
Mandatory
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
Desirable
- Understanding of Agile ways of working, including Scrum, user stories, sprint ceremonies and collaborative delivery
- Exposure to aspects of software delivery including development, business analysis and testing
Who can apply?
- Graduated, or be due to graduate, from an Australian or New Zealand University between 1 December 2024 and 31 January 2027.
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with full working rights for the required period.
