We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern for Metro Transport. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the management of various transportation initiatives currently underway in the metropolitan area.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
- Program Administration - Under general supervision, perform a variety of program tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Research and investigation - Under general supervision, undertake desktop research, investigation and analysis relevant to the program area.
- Communication – Under general supervision, prepare responses to enquiries
- Prioritisation - Exercise judgement in the scheduling of own work activities to achieve required outcomes.
- Data and Process Management - Under general supervision, maintain systems, services and related activities
- Problem Solving - Contribute to the development of solutions to address issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.

To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will apply critical thinking, manage tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
- Current Tertiary Student, end of second/third year of study in Engineering (Civil, Traffic, Environmental); Sciences (Geology; Materials); Planning (Town, urban design); project management; data analyst; Communications and Media
