About the role
Land Registry Services (LRS) manages secure property, subdivision, and water share registrations, ensuring the integrity of Victoria’s land register and cadastral boundaries. Through SERV, LRS delivers high-volume title and property information services that support land transactions, infrastructure, and development. The Data Analytics & Reporting Developer supports Victoria’s Digital Transformation Strategy through specialised technical expertise.
The role involves analysing structured, unstructured, and geospatial datasets to deliver insights supporting land registry operations and decision-making. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, automating data transformation and reporting processes, improving data quality and validation, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions in a culturally safe and inclusive environment.

You’re someone who:

· Delivers advanced data and geospatial analysis to support strategic, operational, policy, and planning decisions across complex projects and programs.
· Applies advanced systems engineering expertise to lead initiatives, develop new methods, and align solutions with ISO standards and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
· Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics or Geomatics or Computer Science or equivalent (mandatory)
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
Recipients of Victorian Public Service (VPS) voluntary departure packages should note that re-employment restrictions apply.
