  • 3 years fixed term, SES1 $240,398.00 - $310,385 TRP 
  • This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St and site offices as required.

 

About VIDA ROADS

VIDA Roads is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads.  We’re delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.

North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.

Road Programs are also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

  1. Lead and oversee the provision of high-quality, timely and evidence-based briefing and advice to Government, Ministers, the Director General, CEO, Executive Leadership Team and other senior decision-makers on significant matters affecting the VIDA Roads portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team members and subject matter experts to facilitate timely, evidence-based and accurate advice to Government and decision-makers on matters affecting the VIDA Roads portfolio.
  3. Lead and oversee VIDA Roads’ Ministerial, Parliamentary and Executive Services functions to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and organisational obligations, and support the provision of timely, impartial and evidence-based advice to Government, Ministers and senior decision-makers.
  4. Apply sound judgement and advice on submissions, briefing materials and other papers, engaging with business areas and stakeholders as required providing recommendations to improve the quality, accuracy and appropriateness of advice and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  5. Provide strategic advice and guidance on governance, reporting and decision-support processes relating to major transport infrastructure delivery and organisational priorities.

Lead VIDA Roads’ ministerial, parliamentary and executive services, providing strategic advice to Government and key decision-makers on critical issues, risks and priorities. Build strong relationships across VIDA Roads, DTP and the broader Victorian Government to support effective decision-making and delivery of key priorities.

This opportunity is a 3 year fixed-term.
