Title: Employee Experience Change Lead

About the role
Due to our incumbent going on parental leave, we are seeking two part time (3 days per week) Employee Experience Change Leads to join the team to perform the role in a job share arrangement.
The roles will focus on leading the change and communications required to roll out strategic initiatives, enhancing our staff’s experience at LXRP.
The roles are responsible for a combination of change management project delivery, communication planning, content creation and co-ordinating brand and design work for each of the People and Culture projects and initiatives that the team takes ownership of.
In this role, you will
- Prioritise, lead and plan change and communications to update and advise employees and stakeholders on progress and outcomes of People and Culture projects and change initiatives.
- Liaise with the Communications and Stakeholder relations team in finalisation and distributions of all projects and change initiatives communications, ensuring timing of messaging and changes are in line with LXRP communications style and preferred communication methods.
- Work closely with the Manager, Employee Experience in initiating, developing and implementing initiatives and projects to shape the individual change and communications plans.

At LXRP we embrace and encourage flexibility, we work in a hybrid capacity, so you will work a mix of office and home. Our team typically works Tuesdays and Wednesdays from the CBD office.
Both roles are a 1-year fixed term position, paying a salary of $113,022 - $136,747 (pro rata) plus superannuation.
About you
You don’t shy away from a challenge, have impeccable time management skills and you’re agile and adaptable to an ever-changing landscape of works. You’ll need to be resilient and flexible in your approach and possess exception change management skills.
