The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
The People Experience Lead plays a key role in adopting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment across VHBA. This position leads initiatives that improve the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, creating a culture of continuous improvement, wellbeing, and performance. A key aspect of this position is to develop and implement people-focused solutions that align with strategic priorities and adapt to the changing needs of VHBA.

Lead people centered change initiatives, projects, and communication strategies with a strong focus on wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Champion efforts that promote a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure every individual feels valued, respected, and included.

Oversee the collection and analysis of employee feedback from surveys to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

Provide leadership for people centered change initiatives, projects, and communication strategies, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We are looking for

Proven experience in leading people focused change, projects, and communication initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to align efforts with strategic priorities and effectively support employees throughout the process.

Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, timely, and impactful communications that effectively keep diverse teams and stakeholders informed and engaged.

Ability to design and deliver impactful tools, content, and resources that support employees throughout periods of organisational change and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace experience.
