About the role
The Fleet and Workplace Services Officer provides day-to-day fleet and workplace services across DTP, supporting staff and ensuring services are delivered efficiently. This includes assisting with vehicle ordering, delivery, servicing, repairs and disposal, as well as workplace services such as stationery, printing and office supplies.
The role provides administrative support and acts as a key customer contact, using professional judgement to resolve operational issues and respond to client needs. It maintains corporate databases, undertakes analysis, communicates issues and recommendations to stakeholders, and contributes to planning and delivery of larger projects.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting operational and financial data, identifying trends or issues, and producing accurate reports to support business decision-making (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role in a government context (desirable)
