About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Architecture the role is responsible for providing user interface focused technical design, development and testing expertise for ST Vic Salesforce platforms and connected systems, facilitating the delivery of a consolidated regulatory platform that is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. 

 

The responsibilities of the Frontend Salesforce Developer will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Maintain the integrity of the Salesforce platform, including contributing to best practice management of technical design, data models, configuration, solution architecture and technical documentation. 

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by following project plans, working collaboratively with diverse teams and communicating progress to internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Lead the build of application code to acceptance criteria defined by architects and product owners. This includes development of Lightning Web Components / Experience Cloud pages / custom front ends. 

  • Deliver high-quality, usability and accessibility focused form and data entry interfaces, aligned with Victorian Government security, usability, accessibility and branding guidelines. this ideal candidate will have strong experience as a senior Salesforce Frontend Developer with experience in enterprise platforms, is confident translating business needs to technical design and experienced working within government design and accessibility standards to create engaging data collection interfaces.

 About You 

You will have proven experience as a Senior Developer working in Salesforce with skills in Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud and Omniscript. You will bring a strong demonstrated business partnering approach and a solutions-focused mindset. Your ability to unite diverse stakeholders on complex development projects and skilfully navigate competing objectives will be essential in achieving innovative outcomes. 

 

You are motivated to work in and be a part of purpose-driven organisation and deliver outcomes that benefit the community. You are comfortable working in a structured and government environment where everything we do is assessed against how we add value and respond to the needs of the community. 

 

Qualifications 

Mandatory: 

  • Salesforce certified Omnistudio Developer  

  • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I  

Desirable: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline  

  • Agile or Scrum qualifications
