VIDA is established as an Administrative Office under the Public Administration Act 2004 as a specialist organisation. The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) is responsible for delivering the biggest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history. This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs such as the early parenting centres expansion and upgrade program. Led by the Director-General, VIDA is comprised of the four project offices Major Road Projects Victoria, Level Crossing Removal Project, the Metro Tunnel Project and the Victorian Health Building Authority.

 

About this Opportunity

 

The Graphic Designer contributes to the delivery of high-quality, on-brand visual communications for the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) project offices. Working with a degree of autonomy, the role supports the development, implementation and maintenance of brand and visual identity materials to ensure consistency, accessibility and professionalism across all communications.

 

The role delivers creative outputs across print and digital channels, including animation, campaign and customer information, maps, program branding, documents and display materials. It also supports the development and application of brand guidelines, templates and tools and collaborates with internal stakeholders to translate communication requirements into effective design solutions, in line with organisational standards and project timelines.

 

This role is integrated VIDA Services studio and is expected to work collaboratively across projects as required, supporting shared priorities, peak periods and whole-of-organisation initiatives.
