About the team
Investment and Technology group leads and manages the investment lifecycle; drives commercial advice & negotiations to facilitate reform; and enables core delivery through Finance, Procurement & Enterprise Technology.
Enterprise Technology is a division of the Investment and Technology division which defines investment strategy and deliver commercial and information technology services to drive high performance and improved outcomes within the department.
Solution Design and Delivery is a branch in Enterprise Technology focused on delivering IT enabled business change that unite people, process and systems across the department.
About the role
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position until 30/6/2027.
This role provides senior leadership and guidance to the overall planning, governance and delivery of the cyber security and technology infrastructure portfolio. With a diverse range of skillsets across all project service disciplines, this role is key to ensuring that dependencies and synergies across several project streams are managed appropriately. Working with senior stakeholders in business and technology functions within DTP as well as industry partners, this role enables the end-to-end delivery of solutions to achieve strategic business outcomes.

Position accountabilities
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the approved cyber security and technology infrastructure program, ensuring projects are effectively governed, delivered on time and within scope. Apply expert program management to oversee progress, manage risks, and guide multidisciplinary teams and contracted partners to achieve high-quality outcomes. Build strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate sound judgment and emotional intelligence to navigate complex, changing priorities and drive transformative business change.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience relevant to the capabilities of the role (mandatory)
- Cyber security or technology infrastructure program delivery experience (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in program delivery (desirable)
