About the role
The Industry & Stakeholder Engagement Lead is responsible for developing and leading the stakeholder engagement function within the Registration and Licensing Management division. The role designs engagement strategies, frameworks and plans that strengthen relationships with industry, government agencies, regulated entities and other stakeholders, ensuring engagement activities align with divisional priorities and departmental objectives.
Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and stakeholders, the role provides strategic advice, oversees communications and engagement activities, and identifies emerging risks, issues and opportunities. It supports informed decision-making through stakeholder insights, maintains effective engagement records and processes, and drives continuous improvement to ensure engagement practices are scalable, consistent and effective.

- Influences and engages stakeholders to build support, drive collaboration and achieve shared outcomes across diverse groups.
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works effectively across teams, organisations and stakeholder groups to deliver results.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and enterprise systems and tools (mandatory).
- Experience leveraging enterprise platforms to support stakeholder engagement, communication, governance and business operations.
- The ability to use technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, maintain accurate information and support informed decision-making.
