About the role

 

Our Employee Experience team are looking for a Manager, Employee Experience to work on a job-share basis with skills in leading a team, people change management and showcasing employee-centered design to join their team. This role is critical for the Employee Experience team to implement strategies to elevate and embed the employee experience through the alignment of people systems, processes and services.

 

As Manager, Employee Experience you will be a leader looking to innovate new ways to enhance the employee experience at Level Crossings.

  

On a weekly basis, you will find yourself: 

  • Championing employee-centred decision-making and strategies to enhance employee experience.
  • Develop innovative people solutions using feedback loops, surveys, and analytical insights.
  • Manage LXRP’s experience surveys across key employee journey touchpoints.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to deliver people change and improve people services and programs.
  • Collaborate with P&C teams to enhance employee experience and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making in P&C.
  • Challenge conventional thinking and promote an adaptive mindset.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to inspire the team.

This is a three (3) year fixed term job-share position, paying a salary between $138,631 and $185,518 plus superannuation (pro-rata) with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is in Melbourne CBD and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them – many LXRP employees work flexibly.  

 

The Employee Experience team’s anchor day in the Melbourne CBD office is Wednesday and you have the freedom to choose your second office day each week for optimal team collaboration.

 

About you

 

You are someone that loves to sink your teeth into the employee lifecycle and project management.

Let’s get technical – what skills do we expect you to have?

  • Project management capability with proven experience delivering employee experience projects.
  • People Change leadership experience with the ability to apply change-management principles and best-practice technical knowledge to drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and customer service, with a focus on the employee experience.
  • Knowledge of the employee lifecycle with a deep understanding of hire to retire people processes.
  • Functional or team leadership experience within a people change environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in people systems.
  • A strong track record implementing operational efficiency/continuous improvement programs. and experience leading and driving change initiatives.
