About the role
This is a 12-month Fixed Term position.
The Manager People Projects leads the business implementation of the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) program, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual. The role oversees business engagement, stakeholder alignment, change readiness, process improvement, ensuring teams are supported, engaged and equipped to deliver a high-quality employee and manager experience.
It leads a small team to represent business needs within the broader project, working closely with program, technology, and implementation partners. The role manages budgets, reporting, risks, and governance, while driving process standardisation, resolving cross-divisional issues, and ensuring successful adoption of new HRSD systems and ways of working.

You’re someone who:
- Leads complex organisational change and project delivery, translating strategy into structured plans with strong governance, clear roles, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
- Leads and develops high-performing teams, providing clear direction, coaching and support to achieve outcomes while fostering a positive and customer-focused culture.
- Applies advanced critical and systems thinking to solve complex problems, working across functions and with senior stakeholders to design practical, sustainable solutions.
- Drives innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and service delivery using data, insights, and emerging technologies.
- Leads stakeholder engagement and change management, building trusted relationships and delivering communication and adoption strategies that support lasting behavioural change.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, with a strong customer focus, tailoring solutions to user needs and ensuring complex information is conveyed in a structured and professional way.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, HR, organisational change, project management, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience leading complex organisational initiatives in large or public sector environments, using structured project management approaches such as Agile.
- Experience in HR transformation and ServiceNow implementations (highly desirable).
