About the team
Investment and Technology group leads and manages the investment lifecycle; drives commercial advice & negotiations to facilitate reform; and enables core delivery through Finance, Procurement & Enterprise Technology. 

 


About the role

This is a Fixed Term, full-time position until 30/6/2026. 


This role is within the Solutions Delivery branch (Enterprise Technology) and provides leadership expertise for a change assurance function that includes change & instructional design, test & automation and release management.   Encompassing a range of skills across team management, stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, continuous improvement and service transition, this role is responsible for ensuring relevant testing, change and release execution and monitoring activities remains in line with outcomes required. This role will work with multiple senior business and technical stakeholder groups, both internally and externally, in ensuring these outcomes are successfully delivered.

You will demonstrate proven ability in project delivery, critical thinking, and problem solving, ensuring risks are managed and outcomes achieved. Success in the role also relies on accomplished people management and resilience, maintaining performance and engagement while leading teams effectively under pressure.

Position accountabilities
The successful candidate leads a team of technology professionals to deliver high-quality change assurance across enterprise platforms and initiatives. They provide expert guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with outcomes, managing risks, and maintaining standards. They also drive continuous improvement by delivering actionable insights and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.

 


Qualifications and experience

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of enterprise technology suites (Finance, HR, Payroll, M365, Asset Management, Networks and Identity) or large-scale technology transformation programs (mandatory).
  • 7+ years of experience working in a similar role and organisation (desirable).
  • Industry standard qualifications in test management or change management or release management (desirable).
