About the role 

The Manager, PT Operational Assurance leads service delivery outcomes to support a safe, integrated, efficient and reliable public transport network. The role provides strategic operational advice, manages complex issues and incidents, and works closely with operators, government agencies and other stakeholders to coordinate effective responses to disruptions and service changes.

The role reviews operational and infrastructure plans, monitors operator performance and contractual compliance, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. It also leads incident reviews, develops performance initiatives, and prepares detailed technical reports, briefings and presentations to support senior decision-making and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Deep public transport operational knowledge, including significant experience roster and timetabling experience.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience across a range of transport sector stakeholders.
