About the role 

The People Insights Team translates complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and build organisational capability. As Manager, People Insights, you will lead a high‑performing team to identify trends and risks, deliver executive‑ready advice, design dashboards and reports, integrate data systems, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement, turning evidence into strategies that strengthen performance, innovation, and people‑centred decision‑making.

Qualifications and experience 

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics, reporting and insights in a large, complex organisation (Mandatory)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Economics or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Experience mentoring and uplifting capability in analytics teams is highly regarded (desirable)
  • Expertise in Power BI (data modelling, enterprise dashboards, automation) (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors (People Analytics, Story Reports) and/or SAP HR reporting modules, with experience in configuration, data extraction and governance (desirable).
  • Sound understanding of data privacy, compliance and governance frameworks in the public sector (desirable)
