About the role
Job Location: Various locations across Victoria, including 1 Spring Street (Melbourne CBD), Sunshine, Ringwood, Ballarat and Geelong.
The Manager Performance leads a team of Performance Advisors to deliver the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts performance regime across regional and metropolitan Victoria. The role builds strong relationships with contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective analysis and successful service delivery.
The position drives continuous improvement, manages risks, develops team capability and provides strong leadership to support a high-performing, inclusive and flexible work environment. The role ensures performance outcomes align with departmental frameworks, safety requirements and operational priorities.

Qualifications and experience

- Driver’s License
- Requires ad hoc travel within Victoria to support operational and business requirements.
