About the Role
The Mobility Advisor supports the movement of employees across the Department to ensure priority work is delivered. The role contributes to the implementation and coordination of mobility programs, processes and systems, and assists in maintaining and improving these initiatives.
Position Accountabilities
- Champion the Department’s mobility programs as a way of building capability and encourage career development.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on mobility processes, policies and supporting systems.
- Coordinate multiple mobility processes, including gathering requirements, matching employees to opportunities, coordinating placements, and ensuring smooth transition within policy guidelines.
- Coordinate processes and services that support remobilising employees through changes processes and support case management activities for redeployees.

Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
Proven, current and well demonstrated experience, performance and capability in a recruitment or talent mobility role in a complex organisational setting, preferably in a public sector environment.
Desirable
Demonstrated sound experience in using the VPS (SAP) recruitment systems, a good understanding of processes would be an advantage
