About the role
The Organisational Design Lead supports the development of future operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategies aligned with DTP’s strategic priorities. Working with business leaders, change teams and People & Culture, the role designs practical solutions to improve organisational effectiveness and support successful change implementation.
The role leads organisational design and transformation initiatives, including capability uplift, role design, process improvement and change adoption. It provides expert advice, facilitates collaboration, manages project delivery and builds capability across the organisation to ensure changes are effectively embedded and deliver lasting outcomes.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a related discipline, with strong experience in organisation design, operating model development and organisational change (mandatory).
- Ability to analyse data, solve problems, develop recommendations, drive consistency across teams and deliver effective workforce transformation outcomes (mandatory).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders. Experience in public sector environments, job architecture, functional accountabilities and role design is desirable.
