About the Role
This is a Fixed Term Opportunity until 30th June 2026
Job Location: 1 Spring Street, Melbourne
This role supports the delivery of the Trusted and Secure Program by helping plan, coordinate and manage cybersecurity-related projects and activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the ICT Program Manager, delivery teams, stakeholders and service providers to support reporting, governance, risk management, documentation and day-to-day program operations. They will help build strong collaboration across teams, support organisational change activities and ensure projects stay on track. Success in this role will contribute to the smooth delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, improved program coordination and stronger protection of systems, data and business operations.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder ICT programs on time and within budget. (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile. (mandatory)
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. (mandatory)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. (mandatory)
- Formal certification in PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of IT service management, e.g., ITIL framework (Desirable)
- Experience with ICT governance frameworks and enterprise architecture principles. (Desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. (Desirable)
