About the role
Reporting to a Principal Lawyer in the Legal & Governance team, you will use your ability to apply legislation to ensure ST Vic meets its obligations in accordance with relevant legislation and ST Vic policy, and to support governance and compliance operations across the organisation.
The responsibilities of the Paralegal will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting and support the internal review, FOI and privacy functions by providing proactive administrative support as a first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responding to enquiries and process requests for personal information following ST Vic’s privacy policy and procedures.
- supporting governance and compliance operations across the organisation, including providing general secretariat and administrative support.

Qualifications
Prior experience in internal review, FOI or privacy, or a similar function, preferably in a regulatory or government setting, will be highly regarded.
