VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
As a People Coordinator, you will provide high-quality People & Capability (P&C) operational and coordination support within a fast-paced, health infrastructure environment. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will help ensure the accurate and timely delivery of core P&C services across the employee lifecycle.
Working closely with People Partners and Advisors, you will manage high-volume operational tasks including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, records and enquiry management, as well as support P&C systems and workflows.
This role suits a detail-focused, proactive coordinator who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to improvements in P&C processes and service delivery.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Coordinating key P&C processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes and employee records.
- Managing and triaging the P&C inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation.
- Supporting P&C systems and workflows, including the Approvals Portal and issue resolution.
- Working with the P&C team and stakeholders to deliver consistent operational support.
- Contributing to initiatives that improve P&C systems, processes and service.
We are looking for:
- Experience coordinating HR/P&C processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, records and contract changes in a project or fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage high-volume P&C enquiries, including triaging and responding via shared inboxes.
- Understanding of HR policies, industrial instruments and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with People Partners, Advisors and broader P&C teams.
