VIDA is established as an Administrative Office under the Public Administration Act 2004 as a specialist organisation. The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) is responsible for delivering the biggest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history. This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs such as the early parenting centres expansion and upgrade program. Led by the Director-General, VIDA is comprised of the four project offices Major Road Projects Victoria, Level Crossing Removal Project, the Metro Tunnel Project and the Victorian Health Building Authority.

 

About this Opportunity

This is a 3 year fixed term, VPS5 opportunity. 

As a partner and trusted advisor to people leaders, you will provide specialist information, advice, and practical support to managers and directors, and act as the focal point for people related matters across the employee lifecycle with a focus on early identification, intervention, and resolution. Initiatives lead by this role include but are not limited to guiding organisational design, workforce planning, talent management including succession planning and capability development; and coaching, supporting and empowering people leaders to advance the capability and culture of their teams.

Key to the success of this role is the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, as well as proactive and collaborative relationships with P&C colleagues.
