About the role
Job Location: 1 Spring Street, Sunshine or Ringwood
The Performance Advisor oversees performance under Victoria’s Road Maintenance Contracts across metropolitan and regional Victoria. The role ensures contracts are delivered effectively, providing value, quality and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
The role uses commercial expertise and independent judgement to manage risks, improve performance and develop solutions to complex issues. It builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for government and the community, while supporting safe, inclusive and flexible team environments.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Commercial experience in managing large contracts (desirable)

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
