About the role 

The Performance Advisor oversees performance across Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. The role provides professional expertise to ensure contracts are delivered effectively, achieving value, quality and compliance with legislation and standards.

The position focuses on continuous improvement, developing solutions to complex commercial and contractor management issues, and building strong internal and external networks. It also requires strong risk management skills to identify and manage safety, environmental, financial, time, scope and reputational risks, while supporting safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

• Commercial experience in managing large contracts (desirable)
• A current drivers licence 

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
