About the role
This is a Fixed term role until 19 February 27
The Procurement Support Officer plays a key role in keeping procurement activities running smoothly and efficiently. As part of the Procurement branch, you will support day-to-day operations, manage administrative processes and maintain the contract management system, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity. You will contribute to Request for Tender and Expression of Interest processes, providing specialist support that helps deliver quality outcomes. With a strong focus on compliance, you ensure all documentation meets Victorian Government standards. This is a dynamic role where your attention to detail, initiative and teamwork will directly support effective procurement and deliver value for the organisation.

Qualifications and experience
Desirable
Demonstrated experience in the use of Zycus, Oracle Cloud or related systems and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant or related field.
