The Program Manager leads discrete, priority people change and engagement programs, with an initial focus on Vibrant and Connected Workplaces – a program of work aimed at creating vibrant, connected DTP workplaces where people come together to inspire, innovate and belong, because at DTP, we know that being in the office energises and adds value to our work and wellbeing.

What we're looking for (Selection Criteria)
You're someone who:

- Leads and navigates change, guiding teams through uncertainty with clarity and purpose.
Your experience
You'll bring:

Significant experience in leading employee change and engagement activities in large, complex organisations (mandatory)

Specific experience in managing workplace behavioural change, preferably in accommodation or similar contexts (mandatory)

Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills (desirable)

Understanding of Industrial Relations processes and the role of Workplace Relations teams (desirable)

Knowledge of and ability to apply human-centred design principles to workplace change (desirable)

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
All new appointments to the department will be subject to a National Criminal Records Check, Misconduct Screening, and a Qualification Check where there is a requirement for a mandatory qualification. Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.

Non-VPS applicants will be subject to a probation period of six months.
