About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2028
The Program Officer supports the administration and delivery of government grant programs that fund housing and enabling infrastructure across Victoria. The role ensures programs meet financial management and government requirements while supporting effective allocation of funding, project tracking, procurement, budgets, milestones and reporting.
The role also provides project management and business support across the Land Delivery Division, developing reporting processes and maintaining accurate documentation. It requires strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, the ability to build effective relationships with government and industry stakeholders, influence senior stakeholders, work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities while contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to communicate complex ideas and information visually and succinctly (desirable).
- Experience in supporting the administration/ coordination of grant programs with various stakeholders, and contribution to progress reporting.
