About the role
The Program Management Officer provides project and program management support across Spatial Planning to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role supports continuous improvement, reporting, evaluation and evidence-based decision-making while assisting governance groups and stakeholders.
The role contributes to improving project management systems, processes and reporting, prepares reports and recommendations, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports project delivery. It builds strong stakeholder relationships and helps ensure programs are delivered to best practice standards, supporting planning outcomes across Victoria.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
· Demonstrated project management experience and/or experience delivering projects or working in a related field (mandatory).
· Experience using project management tools and systems, such as PMO365 or similar platforms (highly desirable).
