About the Role
Safe Transport Victoria is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Records Management Uplift to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a key records management technology uplift project.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Architecture, this role will sit within the Information Technology Services Branch and will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Records Management Uplift project, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, procurement, change management and transition to business-as-usual operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a capable project leader who can bring structure to complex work, navigate competing priorities, and work collaboratively with technical specialists, business stakeholders and external providers to deliver practical outcomes for ST Vic.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning, documentation and delivery of the Records Management Uplift project.
- Manage project risks, schedules, resources, budgets and governance requirements.
- Coordinate project delivery within the IT portfolio roadmap and enterprise PMO environment.
- Provide expert advice on the implementation and configuration of records management systems in an enterprise environment.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, product owners, contractors and project partners.
- Support procurement, contract management and assurance of supplier deliverables.
- Plan the transition of project outcomes into a sustainable business-as-usual support model.
- Lead change and communications activities to support successful adoption across the organisation.
- Promote safe, inclusive and flexible ways of working.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead complex technology-enabled change.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience delivering complex technology, records management, digital or business transformation projects.
- Strong project planning, governance, risk and dependency management capability.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to delivery.
- Strong change management and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, procurement processes or project budgets.
- The ability to lead and support a small project team.
Experience with enterprise records management systems, particularly Content Manager and Records365, will be highly regarded. Agile, SAFe and/or PRINCE2 qualifications are also desirable.
